Pada
hari ini senin, 9 oktober 2017 adalah minggu pertama saya setelah melaksanakan
ujian pertengahan semester (mid). Hari ini saya tidak melakukan praktik dengan
teman-teman tapi saya membuat hidangan makan siang untuk mengetahui kreatifitas
yang saya punya. Saya bersama teman yang bernama Iskandar membuat Set Lunch
Menu: Acar timun, Rice, Saute green bean, Fried chicken with Sweet soy sauce
(ayam goreng kecap), Corn cake (perkedel jagung), dan Egg balado. Berikut adalah
resep yang saya buat:
PICKLED
CUCUMBAR (ACAR TIMUN)
2 pcs Cucumbar, cut into long strip
1 pcs Carrot, cut into julienne
As needed Bird Eye Chilli
3 pcs Shallot, slice
For Seasoning (vinegar,salt,sugar)
Method:
Mix all ingredient and give the seasoning
SAUTE
GREEN BEAN GARLIC
200gr Green Bean, cut into long strip
5pcs Garlic, chopped and fried
2pcs Garlic, slice
5tbsp Stock
For Seasoning (salt, pepper)
Method:
(1) Blanch green bean until cooked. And then
put into cool water
(2) Saute garlic slice with little bit oil
(3) Don’t forget to give the seasoning
(4) Serve with fried garlic
FRIED
CHICKEN WITH SWEET SOY SAUCE
3pcs Whole Chicken, cut into 12 parts
For Marinating (salt, pepper, lime juice,
chopped garlic)
For Frying (coconut oil)
100ml White Stock
300ml Sweet Soy Sauce (kecap manis)
6pcs Garlic, chopped
8pcs Shallot, chopped
1pcs Large Onion, cut into triangle shape
10pcs Red Chilli, remove the seeds and cut
into strip
5pcs Leek, cut into strip
Method:
(1) Cut chicken into 12 parts and then
marinate for 15-20minutes
(2) Deep fry chicken until cooked, strain
(3) Saute garlic, shallot, and onion with
little bit oil
(4) And then put chicken, mix well
(5) Pour the stock and sweet soy sauce, mix
well
(6) Add red chilli and leek
(7) Seasoning with salt and pepper
(8) Ready to eat
CORN
CAKE (PERKEDEL JAGUNG)
3pcs Corn (yellow), remove the corn
2pcs Leek, slice
200gr All Purpose Flour
As needed water, for the bitter
As needed oil, for deep frying
3pcs Garlic, puree
For Seasoning (salt,pepper)
Method:
(1) Mix corn, leek, and all purpose flour
(2) Add garlic and give the taste
(3) Add water until the bitter is well
(4) Deep fry for 1tbsp/ pcs
(5) Ready to eat
EGG
BALADO (TELUR BALADO)
30pcs Egg, hard boiled egg
As needed Oil, for deep frying
Balado
Spices:
3pcs Tomato, concasse
4pcs Red Chilli
10pcs Bird Eye Chilli
5pcs Garlic
10pcs Shallot
5gr Shrimp Paste, roast
For Seasoning (salt,pepper)
Method:
(1) Pertama buat bumbu baladonya terlebih
dahulu
(2) Masukkan ke dalam blender: garlic,
shallot, red chilli, and bird eye chilli, grind until blended
(3) Saute the balado with little bit oil
(4) Seasoning with salt and pepper
(5) Setelah itu, goreng telur hingga kulitnya
berwarna coklat
(6) Belah telur menjadi 2 bagian
(7) Tuangkan bumbu balado diatasnya
Setelah membuat seluruh dishes, saya kemudian
membuat presenting di atas plate masing-masing saya dan Iskandar. Terimakasih sudah membaca aktifitas saya. Itulah resep makanan yang saya
